In this section are described different yoga styles you can inspire from and request for your practice. Mixes are more than welcome to enjoy a customized practice adapted to your needs and energy.
SOFT YOGA
restorative YOGA
Very gentle and supported, restorative yoga courses help yogis to deeply relax. Supported by blocks and pillows, yogis surrender to any muscle resistance and hold their postures up to 5 minutes. Passive stretching allows them to free their body from chronic pain and relieves stress.
yin yoga
Yin yoga focuses on holding long and gentle stretches. By lengthening their connective tissues, yogis contribute to maintain their joints flexibility and health. Gentle active stretching allows to increase body flexibility and range of motion.
MILD YOGA
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga combines breath to movement and focuses on spine alignment. In a sequence of conscious engaged postures, yogis find physical and psychological balance.
Vinyasa Island Flow
Combining strength and softness, Vinyasa classes invite yogis to surf on their breaths’ waves. Each posture and each movement are closely linked to breathing, tonifying the body and soothing the mind.
ENERGIZING YOGA
Power S Flow
In dynamic energetic postures, Power yoga combines physical strength, balance and movement flow. Exercices allow yogis to work on muscular strenghtening and body flexibility in engaged positions.
