Background

I had fully lived my passion for science and research for eight years where I left my island home to study in Quebec, Canada. Hence, I graduated from a Bachelor in Sciences, Chemistry Honors and a Master’s degree in environmental and climate change management. 

Yoga

Yoga came up to me as a necessity to heal my injured body and stressed soul. Indeed, I neglected them for a long period of time before realizing they come as a whole for a healthy life.

Yoga teacher

After I felt all physical and psychological benefits yoga brought into my life, I became an addict of well-being. From this moment, I decided to start a journey on teaching this precious knowledge. Practicing and sharing what I learnt along my yogi journey and my 200 hours yoga teacher training in Piha, New-Zealand, with gratitude provides me blissfulness.
